Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight, Looks great
I recently bought these forks to replace some old ones. they are really sturdy and they just feel so right. You have massive tyre clearance for a 2.3 if you ever need to go that wide. And for the price, there's not no other forks that I would reccommend. They 're just a good all round pair of bmx forks.

would it be possible to add a bmx stem (i know it would shorten the reach but would it be possible?)
yes it would, my mechanic has one and he had an odyssy v3 stem on his.

Can you fit either front or rear racks to the Fuji Feather 2011 Single Speed, to hold panniers etc?
unfortunately not, no, it hasn't got the eyelets to do so.

does the 49cm still have 700cc wheels or do they step the size down, is this generally true for most track bikes?
Does this come with brakes?
The description seems to suggest it's supplied with brakes, but both the picture and some reviews I've read elsewhere suggest none are supplied?
Will this be available in colours other than black and white? If so, when.

the smallest they have is th 52cm unfortunately.
