Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight, Looks great
I recently bought these forks to replace some old ones. they are really sturdy and they just feel so right. You have massive tyre clearance for a 2.3 if you ever need to go that wide. And for the price, there's not no other forks that I would reccommend. They 're just a good all round pair of bmx forks.

Can the wheel be flipped to make it fixed? Are there attachment sites on the frame to allow a frame for a panier bag?

Mongoose Maurice CroMo 2010 Single Speed Road Bike
the wheel can be easily flipped to run it fixed, but it can't take a rack.

Are the decals removable on this frame (or is there a clear coat over)?

the decals are painted on, they will have to stay that way unles you strip the whole entrie frame.
